Italian Sundays - Tolleranza Zero [DVD]

It was March 21, 2004 as the Roman derby between Lazio and AS had to be called off due to severe fights among the supporters of both teams and the cops.

The reason for these incidents was the erroneous report that a child had been run over by a Police vehicle.

This event motivated to create a documentation about Italian fans, who are known to be one of the most violent in Europe. Supported by shots made by the ultras themselves aswell as material from the Police and several news archives this film is a rousing pleed against violence. Still these pictures of the Rome derby 2004 are only a small part of a story full of fanatism, aggression and violence.
